It’s an avocado hummus dip that you will love and in addition will be very nutritive. Remember that treats don’t have to be junk food.
1 16 oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 medium avocado
1/4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas
3-4 tablespoons lemon or lime juice (depending on taste)
tiny amount of lemon or lime zest
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
